Language Learners Academy Registration Policy and Waiver

Welcome to Language Learners Academy! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our students, please review our registration policy and waiver carefully.

1. Registration Process:
– Online Registration: All students must complete the online registration form available on our website. Please provide accurate and up-to-date information.
– Confirmation:Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with class details and any additional information needed.

2. Payment Policy:
– Tuition Fees: Full payment of tuition fees is required at the time of registration. Fees vary depending on the course and duration.
– Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit card, and PayPal.
– Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees. Please contact our administration office if you have any issues with payment.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
– Cancellation by Student: If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing at least 7 days before the class start date. A full refund will be issued, minus a $25 administrative fee and the non-refundable registration fee.
– Cancellation by Academy: In the unlikely event that Language Learners Academy cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons, you will receive a full refund of the tuition fees and registration.
– Refund Requests: Refund requests made after the class start date will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to prorated refunds, excluding the registration fee.

4. Attendance and Make-Up Classes:
– Attendance: Regular attendance is crucial for successful learning. Please notify your instructor if you will be absent.
– Make-Up Classes:No make up class are offered.

5. Class Changes and Transfers:
– Class Changes: Requests to change classes must be made in writing at least 7 days before the start date. Changes are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.
– Transfers: If you wish to transfer to a different class after the start date, please contact our administration office. Transfers will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Code of Conduct:
– Respect: All students are expected to respect their instructors, classmates, and the learning environment.
– Behavior: Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the class without a refund.

7. Privacy Policy:
– Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and will keep your personal information confidential. Your details will only be used for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Waiver of Liability:
By enrolling in classes at Language Learners Academy, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
– Assumption of Risk: You understand that participation in classes involves inherent risks and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
– Release of Liability: You release and hold harmless Language Learners Academy, its staff, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from your participation in classes, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
– Medical Emergencies: You authorize Language Learners Academy to seek emergency medical treatment on your behalf if necessary and agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
